Availability Calendar
Our availability calendar provides an overview of potential training session booking dates. It offers significant benefits to both clients and trainers in the realm of scheduling training sessions. It gives clients a clear view of available dates, empowering them to identify dates that align with their schedules quickly. This should minimize the time and effort required for coordination, resulting in a streamlined booking experience. With a centralized platform to showcase availability, trainers can optimize their time and minimize scheduling conflicts. Overall, an availability calendar serves as a valuable tool for fostering seamless communication, enhancing client-trainer relationships, and ultimately improving the overall training experience for both parties. Once you identify a date or dates that work for your school or district, schedule a training inquiry meeting.
How To Book a Training
- Step One: Submit a Training Inquiry form.
- Step Two: After meeting with Kelvin Oliver, email him which date(s) you would like to book.
- Step Three: Complete the Training Contract Request Form if he confirms availability. Once he confirms availability, a tentative hold is placed on the date(s).
Training Contract
Leaving The Village LLC operates solely under the terms and conditions in its contract and does not sign contracts provided by clients. Training Contracts are sent via DocuSign on Mondays. Both parties must sign the contract within two weeks of the Monday it was sent via DocuSign, or it will become invalid. If it becomes invalid, the tentative hold will be released.
Availability Calendar
Available Training days are Mondays-Tuesday or Thursdays-Fridays to accommodate more than one client weekly. Wednesdays have been designated as our travel day to ensure our consultant can travel from one client to the next. Exceptions can be made for clients interested in three or more consecutive training days.
